With the purchase of a Real Fyre Log Set with a remote system (no match lit or manual valve systems) from October 1st to December 31st, you can claim a free $50 e-gift card following the steps below.
First, head over to Real Fyre's gift card claim form.
Fill out the fields on the page.
Enter 'Real Fyre Store' as the "Dealer Where Gas Log Was Purchased".
It will also ask for your serial number. You can obtain your serial number on the last page of your owners manual, or on the metal dog tag attached to your burner.
Under "Upload Scan or Image of Receipt", upload the invoice attachment on the email you received for your order (or head to your order history and download it from there if you can't find it).
Once submitted, you should receive the gift card via email within 4-6 weeks.
