Lifetime Warranty

  • Vented/vent-free ceramic refractory gas logs (indoors, original purchaser)

Ten Year Warranty

  • Vented/vent-free indoor vented burners (including stainless steel, excluding controls)
  • Real Fyre glass, gems, and diamond nuggets

Five Year Warranty

  • Vented/vent-free fiber-ceramic blended gas logs (indoors)
  • Outdoor vented stainless steel burners (excluding controls)

Three Year Warranty

  • Vented ceramic refractory gas logs (outdoors)
  • Vented fiber-ceramic blended gas logs (outdoors)
  • SPK-26 controls 

Two Year Warranty

  • APK-17 controls (including valve)

One Year Warranty

  • All other valves, pilots, and controls (excluding batteries)
This warranty applies to the original purchaser for products which are installed in the United States or Canada and which are operated and maintained as intended
for single family residential usage. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase, commences on the date of purchase, and terminates (both as to original and any
replacement products) on the anniversary date of the original purchase of the product per the above schedules.
